Shipping Polices:
Orders are processed and shipped the same day for orders received by 2PM EST.
Dollibu uses 3rd party carriers such as FedEx, USPS and UPS (in some cases a different carrier) for all shipment based on the service level required per shipment.

How do I return an item?
Not happy with your purchase? You can return your product for up to 30 days from the day you ordered, just follow these steps:
- Make sure the item is in Original condition with the original tags and product packaging. (Don’t worry about the shipping box, if you have it, you can reuse it to ship it back to us, otherwise use your own shipping box).
- Email sales@dollibu.com to request a return number which you must include with your return box. Please indicate your order number.
- After Dollibu team will confirm back with the return number and instruction, package the item securely along with your return number.
- Ship it to us and keep the tracking number of your shipment.
- Allow two business days for processing. (We will verify the items and the condition. We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges) your credit card will be issued a credit. Please allow 7-10 business days after your return is received for your credit to appear on your account.

How long it takes to ship my order?
If you place your order before 1PM PST your order will go out the same day otherwise the day after.
How do I get Free Shipping?
Place any order over $35 and you will automatically receive Free Shipping on your order.
